Ladder Stitch Video Tutorial

Here is a video tutorial on the ladder stitch. The ladder stitch is useful for closing openings in stuffed animals, pincushions, etc. I hope you find this video helpful. Need a project to practice on? Hop on over to Jamie's blog for a cathedral windows pincushion tutorial

Until the next post Happy Quilting!

Nice to see you again, even if it's on a video. Miss you guys, Great information. You can add a small piece of plastic on the inside of the pincushions to keep the pins from poking you on the bottom.

Oh Jill! How wonderful to see your sweet smile and hear your gentle voice. Thank you for the tutorial! It is great! That is the same stitch the surgeon's use on the back of my ankle's! Because it is very strong and yet flexible! I always have yucky seam closures, and now, thanks to you! My closures will be pretty! I have not stopped praying for your sweet family! Pax, shannon+

Hi Jill,
Enjoyed seeing you again even though it is on a video. From now on, I will use your procedure for closing openings. Wish I had known about it years ago. By the way, I have also made the TV tray ironing table from your book.

Hope life is treating you and your family well.
Have a nice evening,
Susan
